What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at SANDCASTLE RESORT Virginia Beach?
- Keeping hotel financial records in order.
- Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
- Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel. Friendly Customer Service nature.
- Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
- Answering the phone and making reservations.
- A minimum of two-year hotel experience will be of advantage
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- The shift is either from 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm or 3pm-11pm shift. Flexibility of availabilty is another advantage
- Works well with valued hotel guests
- Capable of utilizing computer system
- Communicates well among hotel departments
