Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Perform routine and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and disruption
- Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential problems and areas of concern
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to mitigate potential issues
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage maintenance operations
Requirements
- Graduate of technical school for mechanical/electrical technicians or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read and understand schematics
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation systems

Working Conditions
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Exposure to noise, electricity, dust, grease, oil, solvents, gases, and varying temperatures
