Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Optimization Lead to join our team at Sanden International, USA, Inc. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production manufacturing equipment.
The Manufacturing Process Optimization Lead will troubleshoot PLCs, controls, and related systems to ensure uninterrupted production operations. They will also analyze mechanical and electrical functions of machines on assigned product lines and utilize expertise in Sanden products and manufacturing processes to optimize OEE/machine efficiency metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, controls, and related systems.
- Analyze mechanical and electrical functions of machines on assigned product lines.
- Optimize OEE/machine efficiency metrics.
- Document issues, resolutions, and preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing machine maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and tools.
- Experience with data-driven maintenance systems and metrics tracking.
