We're Looking For People Who:
- Have 2 years of success in luxury or high-ticket sales
- Are emotionally intelligent and naturally charismatic
- Can follow a proven script while making it feel personal and authentic
- Love connecting with people and helping them make meaningful decisions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, in-person environment
- Bonus: You've worked in coaching, public speaking, or mentorship roles. You believe in continued education and personal growth.
What You'll Do:
- Present portrait and artwork options to clients during in-person sales sessions
- Guide clients through the selection process with confidence and care
- Deliver exceptional service with every interactionfrom warm greetings to final selections
- Build strong rapport quickly, making clients feel seen, heard, and valued
- Participate in weekly sales trainings and team meetings
Schedule & Compensation
- 23 full in-studio days/week (12-hour shifts)
- Sunday availability required
- Base salary generous commission bonuses
- Expected earnings: $62,000$120,000 annually
