Integrated Polymer Solutions is seeking a Commercial & Pricing Analyst who is a junior-to-mid-level employee who can manage the sales coordination and metrics reporting for Rubbercraft, will have the opportunity to create ~$100M of enterprise value and work with other IPS operating companies and other Arcline portfolio companies. The individual will play a key role in optimizing the pricing strategy and sales efforts of a highly-valued aerospace and defense supplier with a global manufacturing footprint with the potential to become one of the key sales executives of the organization. This position will:
- Learn and implement processes for pricing, following-up, reporting, and tracking the activities of the Rubbercraft inside sales team.
- Manage follow-ups with the Inside Sales Team and other IPS sales executives on key customer accounts and related actions (pricing increases, sales analysis, reporting, etc.).

Rubbercraft is a high technology, engineered solutions company with specialization in precision engineered, custom elastomeric parts and elastomeric tooling for composites manufacturing. The Company has a great deal of experience in precision-molded and extruded rubber and elastomers. Rubbercraft has expertise in surface bonding of elastomers to metal, fabric, composites, and Teflon and specializes in rubber to metal and rubber to composite bonding designs that mold seals directly to surfaces.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the full quote to order process
- Support key functional leaders by providing analytical support, project management guidance, and proper accountability measures.
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain ongoing revenue metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, and other data solutions across the quote to order process, diving deep into business trends and performance.
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic conversations and decision making
- Provide project management, data structure, and business analytics guidance to support ongoing improvement of current processes and new initiatives.
- Leverage advanced analytical expertise to provide actionable insights and develop innovative data-driven solutions
- Link, analyze, and interpret datasets across disparate data sources to support cross-functional decision making.
- Support and ensure accuracy of data pipelines across different business units and reporting systems.
- Drive continuous operational improvement across data and reporting processes throughout the sales organization
- Audit current reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate and streamline.
- Support opportunities for operational improvement to drive efficiency within the sales organization; once new processes are implemented, work with teams to analyze results, optimize, scale best practices, and iterate.
- Ensure the adoption of new or revised tools and processes; partner with the owners of the change management process associated with the new tools and processes.
- Implement iterative feedback and improvement process for revenue/sales metric tracking and governance structure.
- Communicate and present observations and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders across the organization.

- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR
- Location: must be comfortable working onsite at Rubbercraft s Long Beach location, with potential for travel to other domestic / international IPS operating companies.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline
Years Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Project Management, Analytics, Consulting) with measurable success and achievement.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales analysis role or finance supporting sales organization.
Base Requirements:
- Heavy expertise with Excel and ERP systems as project management tools
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong organizational skills: keen multi-tasker able to support diverse teams. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain analytics and follow-ups to both experts and novices.
- Proven commitment to data hygiene, project management, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of aerospace & defense supply chain (OEMs, component providers, etc.)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience building and maintaining a reporting/tracking system for account-based marketing efforts.
- Experience building customized and interactive dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc.
- Experience with CRM, especially Salesforce, a plus
- Experience coordinating the sales efforts of a supplier of engineered components in the aerospace and defense supply chain.
