IPS - Rubbercraft is seeking a Mix / Milling Operator Technician 2 (2nd Shift)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Weigh ingredients as specified by the formula provided by the lab when necessary.
• Mix Rubbercraft’s compound formulations according to written instructions and IAW QP 4005.
• Maintain inventory and order ingredients as needed.
• Conduct Visual In-process inspection to verify correct weight on ingredients.
• Maintain proper formula traceability.
• Follow all proper batch release procedures ref. FIFO.
• Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if insufficiencies exist on Opportunity for Improvements (OFI) forms.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook or directed by your supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
