Production Lead (High Purity)

Integrated Polymer Solutions – RMB Products is seeking a High Purity Production Lead who is responsible for rotational molding operations, the training of department personnel, and assigning duties to personnel.

Job Accountabilities:

• Schedule work priorities for rotational molding operations utilizing the backlog
• Schedule daily priorities in assembly utilizing the backlog.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Participating constructively in production meetings
• Other duties as assigned by the High Purity Production Supervisor / manager.
• Keeping daily KPI data entered in spreadsheet and Gamba board.

Job Specifications:

Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations

Years’ Experience: 3-5 years’ relevant experience

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer provided specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Requires great attention to detail by all operators in value stream.
• Ability to meet workmanship standards of your work and by all operators in value stream.
• Ability to review work products of others to ensure conformance to expectations.
• Excel at being a positive role model in all aspects of the Company.
• Ability to promptly respond positively to any and all negative feedback received.
• Immediately communicate with High Purity Production Supervisor / manager regarding any personnel or workmanship issues
• Current and active Forklift certification if applicable
• Problem solving and know resources to engage for help with issues
