IPS - AkroFire is seeking a Production Technician (PMA) who will brush paint compounds on panels. These will become fire resistant patches used for the repair of commercial airplanes.

Job Accountabilities :
- Must be able to read and follow work instructions for mixing chemicals.
- Read a scale for mixing and measuring materials
- Capable of standing for a majority of the day.
- Able to work independently, Great attendance and able to see task through to the end.
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Able to lift 30lbs with some constantly throughout the workday
- Ok, to work in a non-climate control workstation.
- Willing to listen to instruction and ask question.
- Willing to assist in other tasks related to production.
Job Specifications :
Education : Requires a High School Diploma / GED or combination of relevant education and work experience may be substituted to meet educational requirements only.
Years’ Experience : 0-2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or similar preferred
