IPS – RMB Products is seeking a Sr. Materials Lab Technician who will manage and prioritize daily laboratory workflows to ensure timely completion of analyses and project.

Job Accountabilities :
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory work instructions.
- Perform routine and advanced analyses on materials, including raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods, using techniques such as MFR, DSC, FTIR, PSD, mechanical testing, etc
- Establish and track key departmental performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times, submission accuracy, and workflow efficiency) and provide regular reports to R&D Materials Engineer.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and document anomalies in test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Lead regulatory submission efforts upon customer requests, including acquiring parts lists from the Sales Department, reviewing bills of materials (BOM) to the raw ingredient level, and coordinating with vendors for declarations / compliance documentation.

Job Specifications :
Education : Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required
