Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drain cleaning, jetting, rodding and basic plumbing, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve drainage issues effectively. We prefer a minimum of 3 years experience. You would be expected to be proficient with the tools needed for this job including auger, mainline cleaner, jetter, etc.
Duties
- Clean and repair drainage issues in systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Run a jetter or camera device.
- Be customer oriented and professional.
- Think outside the box to clean and diagnose issues with drain systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of drainage systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working on drain lines, running camera and drain cleaning devices and jetter equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems with drainage issues.
- Experience with both residential and commercial drain systems.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in drain cleaning settings.
- Basic skills in using iPad device for running Service Titan software.
- A maintenance person mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
