Our primary production counties in California are : Colusa, Glenn, Solano, Sutter, and Yolo.

We offer a diverse range of seed production services:
* Technical support: Providing ongoing assistance to growers to optimize their seed production practices and crop yields. Each seed crop is thoroughly and intensively managed with precision and detail to ensure the quality of everything we produce.
* Seed Processing: Seed Milling, Conditioning and Improvement. We have facilities & equipment to clean, package, and test seeds, ensuring they meet premium quality standards.
* Isolation Cage Production
* Parent Seed Increases
* Exporting Services
* Production Research: such as hybridization, expressing sprays, and parent timing.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plant and Fruit Rogue all seed crops to ensure seed crop quality
- Daily assistance & support in a variety of field operations and technical procedures.
- Involvement in field administration tasks and data collection projects.
- Maintain field sanitation and production supplies for labor crews
Qualifications and Skills Preferred:
- Be willing to work early mornings, extended hours, in heat, and on weekends
-Detail oriented
-Willingness to learn and complete tasks in a timely manner
-Computer skills
-Be able to walk for long periods of time in field settings
-Have a valid Driver’s license
Fulltime- Seasonal (May-Sept)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
