Overview

An Executive Admin Assistant at Sanders Supply provides high-level administrative support to executives within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive's office and facilitating communication and coordination among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including booking meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.

Project Management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, providing updates to the executive and other stakeholders as necessary.

Office Management

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the executive office, including the management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Interpersonal Relations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Represent the executive in interactions with other departments and organizations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the executive and other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in managing projects and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Communication Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Organizational Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
