Main Showroom- Receptionist

Job Overview: The Automotive Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. They manage administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and assist in the smooth operation of the dealership. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and possess strong communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or personnel, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide customers with information.
• Assist with paperwork, including service orders, invoices, and customer forms.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure the timely distribution of customer correspondence, such as service reminders or follow-up calls.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (some positions may require additional education).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive services and products is a plus.
• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with regular business hours.
• Occasional standing or light lifting may be required.
• Interacting with customers, vendors, and staff regularly.

Hours: 5-8pm
