What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts E-Commerce Sales Associate position at Sanderson Automotive Group?
The Parts E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for daily processing of online and over-the-phone orders from our wholesale customers. Fast-paced environment ensures you’ll be challenged and learn valuable skills in a high-performing sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process parts orders from independent repair facilities, collision centers, and fleets/municipalities over the phone, through email, and inside online web portals
- Offer related parts sales based on what the customer is ordering
- Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them
- Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner
- Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry
Job Requirements:
- Full-time position Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch
- Computer and phone use required for job – must be proficient with both
- Prior automotive parts experience required
- Team oriented
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Background check and drug test required – this is a safety-sensitive position
