Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart has an opportunity for a Parts Front Counter Sales Associate to join their award-winning team! $20.00 per hour starting with opportunities for overtime and career advancement
The Parts Front Counter Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers at our front counters. Fast-paced environment ensures you’ll be challenged and learn valuable skills in a high-performing sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with finding parts for their vehicles
- Offer related parts sales based on what the customer is ordering
- Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them
- Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner
- Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry
Job Requirements:
- Full-time position Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch, and one every three Saturdays from 7AM to 3PM
- Computer and phone use required for job – must be proficient with both
- Prior automotive parts experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Team oriented
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Background check and drug test required – this is a safety-sensitive position
