The Parts Shipping Clerk is responsible for quickly and accurately shipping out parts orders to customers around the world!
Responsibilities:
- Uphold the quality standards assigned by management, and optimize the process flow to increase the number of daily shipments leaving the facility each day
- Ship out parts to customers locally, nationally, and around the world
- Adequately package all shipped items to ensure they arrive without damage
- Keep shipping supplies inventory stocked and ready
- Keep parts department in order
Job Requirements:
- Full-time position Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch, as well as one every three Saturdays from 7AM to 3PM
- Prior automotive parts experience preferred
- Able to lift 40LBS by yourself and utilize stairs between 1st and 2nd floor of warehouse multiple times per day
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Clean background
- Clean drug test – this is a safety-sensitive position
- Clean driving record – need to be able to be trained in the operation of a forklift
