Job Summary:
Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Banquet Driver to join our team. As a Banquet Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage items to various outlets within our picturesque resort. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport food and beverage items to various outlets within the resort, including restaurants, banquets, and catering events.
- Maintain an organized and clean delivery vehicle.
- Collaborate with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist with loading and unloading food and equipment.
- Uphold safety standards while driving and handling items.
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality when interacting with team members and guests.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Drive and operate a delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Navigate the resort's various outlets to make deliveries.
- Bend, stoop, and reach frequently to load and unload items.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver in a similar capacity is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is beneficial.
