Job Summary:
Hotel Effie are seeking H2B House Attendants to join our housekeeping team. The House Attendant is responsible for ensuring public areas, hallways, and guest service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, supporting the housekeeping team in providing an exceptional guest experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and service areas.
Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms.
Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
Ensure hallways are clear of debris and properly stocked with supplies.
Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping team needs.
Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to the appropriate department.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
Support other housekeeping duties as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to clean and stock various areas.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (such as carts, vacuum cleaners, and supplies).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
Must be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and using personal protective equipment as required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have valid H2B work authorization.
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Basic English communication skills is needed.
