Job Summary:
Are you passionate about waterfront living and love connecting with people? As a Marina Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our bustling marina, helping guests and boaters have an unforgettable experience! This role blends customer service, organization, and outdoor adventure in a lively, scenic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate marina operations, including boat slip reservations and assignments.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about boat slip rentals and marina amenities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests with questions, concerns, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of slip rentals, dockage fees, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the marina team to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with monitoring marina grounds, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Support seasonal events and activities hosted at the marina.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a marina, hospitality, or resort setting.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including sun, wind, and rain.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
- Willingness to be active around the marina, assisting guests on the docks and monitoring the grounds.
