We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservation Sales Agent to join our team on-site. Our properties are known for their exceptional service and unforgettable experiences, and we need someone who can match our guests' enthusiasm for adventure and relaxation. Responsibilities:
- Communication Excellence: Handle incoming calls and emails with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. Your voice and tone will set the stage for our guests' experiences.
- Reservation Management: Efficiently book guest reservations for overnight stays, utilizing our reservation system to ensure a seamless process. Your attention to detail and persuasive selling techniques will turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Guest Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with guests for potential second chance bookings, showcasing persistence and a keenness to ensure every guest has the opportunity to experience our offerings.
- Multitasking Skills: Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple phone calls and tasks without compromising service quality.
- Knowledge Expert: Become an expert on all things related to our resorts, including amenities and the local area, to confidently share information and sell our offerings.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the capability to learn and navigate reservation systems efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
