Our current client base is HNW relationships as well as 401k plans in 42 states across the United States. This opportunity seeks a highly motivated Advisor to grow our Retail business segment. The segment focuses on HNW/UHNW, Endowments, and Foundations.

Compensation
Sandhill is proud to offer employees a very competitive compensation package. Our advisors are rewarded with above industry average recurring revenue split on all earned business. In addition to the perks listed above, Sandhill will offer a negotiated fixed salary contract to new advisers to help with their transition. Firm equity will be offered to advisers who demonstrate high quality leadership and contribute to firm revenue in a meaningful way. This will be at the discretion of the Co-Managing Partners.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (required), Master’s degree (preferred)
· Sales Experience in Financial Management and/or Banking
· Proven track record meeting sales/performance goals
· Strongly skilled in organization, communication, and customer service
· Experience with CRM
