Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Verify insurance and collect copays.
- Manage our medical scheduling, including appointment bookings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate care with other providers.
- Arrange prior authorizations for referrals and imaging orders.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize EHR systems for efficient data entry and retrieval.
- Support medical administrative tasks, including scanning and managing various forms of correspondence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
