Float Pharmacist
Position Overview :
Serves patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies. In addition, the Pharmacist is part of a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team and is expected to be familiar with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the PCMH.
Knowledge / Skill Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree ln Pharmacy, Pharm D. Degree or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
- Ability to participate with Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party payers.
