Patient Account Representative: Sandhills Pediatrics has a full time opening for an experienced patient accounts rep. Duties include: payment posting, oversee claim processing, work claim denials, send claim letters, audit and review claim payments, prepare refund paperwork, answering billing inquiries, work A/R regularly and serve as a backup for the front desk when needed. High School Diploma or Associates Degree. Previous 2 years experience in a medical office setting, preferably with Tricare insurance.
