Front Office Patient-Care-Coordinator
Job Duties Include:
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, families, and other parties
- Daily pack (organizing invoices from previous day)
- Checking messages & returning phone calls
- Answering phones & scheduling patients
- Creating invoices and receipts
- Entering shipping and receiving into excel
- Track the status of orders and repairs
- Make confirmation calls
- Fill out repair and order forms for hearing aids
- Clean and service any type of hearing aid
- Call to check patient insurance benefits
- Filing and billing insurance when there is coverage
- Handle any walk-in patients with their needs
- Mail out monthly warranty letters and past-due invoices
- Get all daily packs to accountant at end of month
- Going to post office occasionally to mail hearing aids
- Help out with keeping the office clean and tidy
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be familiar with word and excel
- Smile and be friendly to any and all customers, venders and anyone else who calls or comes in
- Must be comfortable using the internet and know how to navigate various websites
- Maintain a compassionate demeanor at all times
- Remain calm and collected in difficult situations
- See that all measures are taken to protect client privacy and dignity
- Awareness of and commitment to all requirements, both legal and corporate
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Basic clerical and bookkeeping skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Able to diffuse conflicts and disagreements, then find a workable solution
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and kind demeanor
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
