Responsibilities :
- Provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient, resident, and family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients / residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and assist in care planning.
- Supervise and monitor the care given by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
Position Highlights : As a licensed practical nurse graduate, you will undergo an orientation period and work under the guidance of a registered nurse.
