Duties

- Assist patients with insurance verification and billing questions, ensuring they understand their coverage options.

- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with both patients and clinical staff.

Experience
- Previous experience in medical administrative support is preferred, particularly in a medical or dental office setting.
