Key Responsibilities:
- Produce compelling, on-brand content based on direction across various formats, including blogs, white papers, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and website copy, ensuring consistency in voice and quality
- Create content from the company as well as other stakeholders with an ability to adapt the correct voice and format
- Work with the Sales Engineering team to develop educational content and campaigns around technology category, current events and upcoming industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design a content strategy that aligns with marketing objectives, adapting content across platforms (e.g., social media, website, email) for optimal engagement
- Collaborate with the Events Marketing team to create compelling event invites and communications from Sales team members for Regional and National events
- Stay up-to-date on social media and content trends, translating relevant trends into creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience
- Partner with the design resource to ensure content is visually engaging and maintain a basic understanding of design principles to support brand alignment
- Write SEO-optimized content to boost search engine visibility and analyze performance data to refine content for maximum impact
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and sales engineering team to create customer facing campaigns in a box, collateral pieces, and case studies for in house Marketing platform for sales enablement
- Assist in tracking projects within a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content in line with campaign timelines, product launches, and strategic goals
- Ability to work on multiple projects and pivot between tasks as needed, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Ability to deduce and learn from observing conversations and company preferences to consistently iterate and provide innovative ways of communicating information
- Occasional travel to national Company events
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-4 years in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a focus on detail, quality, and accuracy
- Interest and ability to learn digital marketing platforms quickly, with experience in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools
- Interest in persuasive visual and written content
- Basic understanding of design principles. Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to support content creation is preferred.
- Understanding of how to modify content for different digital platforms to enhance engagement and reach
- Ability to take constructive feedback, prioritize tasks, and switch gears as needed
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media, content marketing, and staying informed on digital trends that can be adapted to company content
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
