Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, PA (ST&R) is a leading international trade law firm with offices in the United States, Hong Kong, and China. We are seeking a Technical Data Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time hybrid position that requires residency in DC, Miami, or NY with in-office presence three days per week.
Position Summary:
The Technical Data Specialist provides high-level support to a team of attorneys by processing and managing data in Salesforce. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, also must have experience managing databases with strong emphasis on data accuracy and integrity. The position serves as the key point of contact for both internal and external clients and acts as a liaison between the attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, be results-driven, exercise good judgment, and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision at high levels of professionalism.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a technical data specialist or similar role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), as well as document management and other office technologies.
Skills & Competencies:
Extremely organized, meticulous, able to multi-task and prioritize workload, and work well under pressure.
Initiative-taker, forward-thinking, action-oriented, and focused
Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate well in a team as well as work independently.
