Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in records.
- Utilize data collection methods to analyze inventory trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
- Assist in category management initiatives by analyzing product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts safely as needed for inventory movement within the warehouse.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis to identify issues within the supply chain.
- Familiarity with production planning processes and category management principles.
- Proficiency in data collection techniques and tools, including Nielsen for market analysis.
- Experience with shipping and receiving and ordering operations is required.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
