ABOUT US:
We are a fast growing Chiropractic health center. We help our patients to take control of their health through chiropractic, Tissue Regeneration therapy and the true principles of health and healing. We value excellence, gratitude and a patient-first mentality.
THE POSITION:
The Patient Care Coordinator position plays a pivotal leadership role within our team and the lives of our patients. At this position, you are the quarterback of the office. Job duties will include.
- Support doctors and team members when patients are ready for their appointment.
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and communication with the team
- Complete Opening and Closing Procedures
- Schedule appointments
- Answer Phones
- Take Patient Payments
Knowledge/Skills:
- Because of the direct impact you will have on the patient’s lives, it is imperative that you take ownership live a healthy life that is congruent and disciplined. This will show in actions and words.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about health
- Leadership skills, organized and strong communication skills
- Willingness to speak to patients, recommend products and lead them with action steps
- Willingness to show love and concern to patients
- Quick learner and a self-starter
- Knowledge on use of computers, printer/copier, pone system, Fax, social media, Excel, and Word
Physical/Time Requirements:
- Ability to handle long periods of movements, standing and desk work.
- 18 hours a week. Monday through Thursday 2:15 to 6:30. You will have a set schedule, but at times may be required to work earlier or later (per doctor request).
