Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (North Austin)
We are a high-volume personal injury law firm, primarily focusing on car accidents, and we are looking to hire a new litigation attorney. This attorney will handle a high-volume docket and will be presented with a great long-term career opportunity featuring significant potential for growth. It is an ideal position for someone aspiring to become a top-level attorney. While no experience is required, we prefer candidates with two or more years of litigation experience in personal injury.

Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (North Austin)

Responsibilities include:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Address client issues as they arise.
- Take direction from managing attorneys and complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Required: Juris Doctor (JD) and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
- Two or more years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done".
- Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism.
Litigation Associate I
- $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 DOE
- Bonus structure evaluation and opportunity for raises end of Q4 of 2024.
- Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.
