We are seeking an energetic, caring, and outgoing candidate for a case manager/paralegal position at our law firm in the pre-litigation department. The candidate we are seeking for this position should be organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. There will be training for the beginning period before working with limited supervision. This person must be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace.

Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, caring, and outgoing candidate for a case manager/paralegal position at our law firm in the pre-litigation department. Responsibilities and duties include:
- Communicating with clients;
- Communicating with medical providers;
- Drafting and sending correspondence;
- Providing excellent customer service at all times;
- Managing a docket; and
- Misc. assignments.
- Required: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Required: Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: 1-7 years of experience in personal injury law
- Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Previous administrative or other professional office experience
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual
- Someone who can provide excellent customer service skills
- Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
- Has own transportation
- Able to meet deadlines
- Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE in Personal Injury Law
