About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in a luxury hotel or resort
- Certification in housekeeping management
Responsibilities:
