About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced On Site Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel located in WSS Harrells Ferry, SA6. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, while also managing the hotel's financial performance. As the On Site Hotel Manager, you will be the face of the hotel and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hotel revenue management
- Experience with hotel property management systems
- Certification in Hospitality Management
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure that the hotel is operating efficiently and effectively, and that all guests are satisfied with their stay
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Skills:
As the On Site Hotel Manager, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of employees. You will also need excellent customer service skills to ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
