About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure our business runs smoothly. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our resources to achieve our business goals. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our operations are efficient, effective, and safe. Your main objective will be to improve our operational processes and procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs. You will be a key member of our management team, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in Operations Management
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational processes
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Operations Management or related field
- Experience in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry
- Experience with warehouse and manufacturing operations
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and optimize resources to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations
