About the Role:
We are seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our guests to and from designated locations. You will be expected to maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times. Your primary goal will be to provide a positive and comfortable experience for our guests during their travels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Shuttle Driver or in a similar role
- Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Transport guests to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive and comfortable experience
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Skills:
As a Shuttle Driver, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a positive and comfortable experience for our guests. You will also use your driving skills to safely and efficiently transport guests to and from designated locations. Additionally, your knowledge of local attractions and points of interest will be beneficial in providing recommendations and suggestions to our guests. Your ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing situations will also be essential in this role.
