Sandra’s is Lafayette‘s oldest health food store. We serve breakfast and lunch in our cafe. We also have groceries, vitamins, supplements, and produce. We are a one stop shop and we love being able to serve the great city of Lafayette!
Job Overview
As a culinary operations, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of culinary activities.
Duties
- Assist in kitchen management and daily operations
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff during shifts
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Ensure high standards of food handling and sanitation practices
- Oversee shift management and maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety procedures
