Job Overview
We are seeking a health food and vitamins specialist to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and the health food industry. No experience required, just a love for this industry! We are Lafayette‘s oldest health food store and love serving those in the Acadiana area. We have a grocery store, vitamins, supplements, and a cafe.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support retail staff in daily operations
- Manage stock levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Be the buyer for parts of the vitamin section. Learning trends, deals, and inventory.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
