POSITION SUMMARY: The Sanitation Sanitor position will be responsible for all cleaning of soiled equipment used in the production process. All areas must be maintained according to department health codes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Maintaining all areas by washing walls, ceilings, floors, and equipment • Visually inspect equipment and complete Sanitation worksheet document following each wash. • Maintain the storage of all cleaning supplies and utensils as instructed. • Work directly with QA to correct any deficiencies that may exist after inspection. • Set-up line and equipment to company standard prior to production when applicable. • Participate in company training sessions on all safety topics, work instructions, cleaning procedures, as well as Quality standards. • Operates Sanitation Cleaning equipment safely according to instructions given. • Understands the use of cleaning chemicals • Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and tidy. • Complies with GMP, food safety, and safety standards at all times • Follow all SFC Core Values and be a team player • Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required • Manufacturing experience preferred • Basic knowledge of safe food handling practices • Knowledge of Food Safety preferred • Must have a strong attention to detail, and good time management • Good communications and basic computer skills
