Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships and create customers for life by guiding them through the vehicle selection process
- Become an expert on our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technology
- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
- Learn effective strategies to overcome objections and excel in sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day to contribute to our team's success
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Eagerness to quickly learn and understand product details and features
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers
- Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Bilingual is a plus!
