Are you organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused? Sands Chevrolet in Glendale is hiring a Service Department Administrative Assistant to join our team! We've been proudly serving our community for over 90 years, and we're looking for someone to help us continue providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
What You'll Do :
Reconcile Payments and Maintain Records
- Match payments to repair orders and log details in Excel.
- Verify totals and ensure all charge payments are authorized.
- Submit payments to fleet companies, extended warranty providers, and insurance carriers using online portals, fax, email, and phone.
- Balance a cash drawer daily and ensure all credit card receipts match corresponding repair orders.
Organize and File Documents
Manage the Loaner Car Fleet
Provide Excellent Customer Support
What You Bring :
No Automotive Experience Necessary!
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills required.
Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work some Saturdays and evenings, with shifts ending as late as 6 : 30 PM.
