Product Manager

Job Description: Position Overview The primary responsibility of the Product Manager is to manage the product development of the new ancillary product line of games. These responsibilities include product scoping, math model construction and user story development of new concepts. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Product development of ancillary games, including scoping of requirements of the game, math models of game and basic flow of game method. Develop math model concepts for ancillary games. Partner with Senior Math Engineers to ensure validity of product design. Create user stories for new game concepts that will allow other development teams to accurately portray new concept ideas. Research market to ensure that product roadmap of new ancillary games will satisfy regional acceptance standards. Create presentations to support new games that include financial projections, math modeling explanations and process flow explanations of new game concept. Perform all job responsibilities at a senior level with limited direct supervision. Perform job duties in a safe manner. Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications At least 21 years of age. Proof of authorization to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy. Experience in the gaming and technical industries preferred. Experience with AV in an NDI environment preferred. Experience in Jira preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in spoken and written form. Physical Requirements Must be able to: Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation. Work remotely as necessary. Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust. Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
