- Guest Service - assisting the Front Desk and Management with guest needs, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.

- Maintaining the Hotel facilities tidy and clean: parking lot, FD area, Pool area, Hotel corridors, etc.
- Ensure the Hotel’s standards and procedures are followed
- Bell Service - assisting with the timely transportation of luggage and or belonging from the guest rooms, vehicles, etc.
- Valet Service – assisting with the parking of guest vehicles in a prompt and timely manner. As well as ensuring the premises of the property are tidy and clean.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and is required to inform hotel management of any changes to his or her driving record during employment at the company
- Multi-department assistance: provide assistance in all departments when seemed appropriate and necessary.
- The role as a “rover” means that you may be instructed to assist in any department on the property and in any capacity.
