Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing behavioral therapy and support.
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
- Collect data on client behavior during sessions
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
- Have fun and enjoy being part of our team!!
Requirements
- No previous training required. Training available
- Ability to work effectively with children
- Min of working 10 hours per week and 2 evenings a week.
