What You’ll Do

  • Provide support and care for residents with behavioral health needs.
  • Implement care plans designed to promote emotional and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
  • Spend time between both of our Tucson skilled nursing facilities, fostering strong relationships with residents and staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : Previous experience in behavioral health or a related field preferred.
  • Skills : Strong communication , empathy, and teamwork abilities.
  • Passion : A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
