- Provide quality nursing care to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and other measurements as directed
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff
- Follow infection control policies and procedures
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and customer service excellence
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Utah
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
