Qualifications :
Current Arizona Nursing Home Administrator License (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Two or more years of experience in healthcare administration
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and policies
Excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities :
Oversee all staff, including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
Ensure quality care for all residents and maintain open communication with their families
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Manage the facility’s operating budget
