The Job :
Assess and monitor patients' health in accordance with medical laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Collect patient data and organize the information into reports for further research.
Communicate with healthcare teams to create applicable plans for patients.
Ensuring that patients have access to all the medical resources they need.
Makes recommendations for patient support and healthcare facility operations to ensure that patient care procedures are integrated in accordance with medical law.
Administer and complete resident MDS assessments.
Coordinating Medicare and Medicaid schedules, changes in condition, beginning and ends of coverage, determining need for IPA assessments.
Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications :
Familiar with PDPM.
Understanding of ICD-10 Coding
Active, Non-Probationary Nevada RN or LPN Credential
Ability to Successfully Pass NABS Fingerprint Clearance and Drug Screening
