Schedule : Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Responsibilities :

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will be responsible for providing residents with care and assistance under the direction or supervision of a Licensed Nurse.

  • Prioritizing comfort while assisting Residents in achieving their highest level of function
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Monitoring vital signs including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure
  • Maintaining a safe environment and assisting with fall-risk precautions
  • Interdepartmental communications within the care team

    • Qualifications :

  • Current and Active CNA certification in good standing within the State of Utah
  • Must pass a background screen
  • Understand and comply with local health regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members
  • Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and reference inquiry.
